By booking with us, you agree that you have read and agree to all of the following policies. If any of these rules are violated, you risk being charged a fee and may be prohibited from renting with LionStar Studios in the future.

• All photographers are required to carry professional liability insurance.

• All bookings are non-refundable. Appointment time is secured upon booking. If you or your client needs to reschedule due to an illness or emergency, we can allow a ONE-TIME reschedule, as long as the booking is moved to a weekday.

• Please ensure you have the correct DATE and TIME prior to confirming the reservation.

• Rental time includes set up and tear down - meaning you need to be CLEANED UP and vacated from the studio by the end of your rental.  

• Early entrance to the studio is not allowed, even if the studio is unattended.

• Staying later than your booked time-slot is not allowed, even if no one is scheduled after you.

• Moving props and rearranging the room is encouraged, however everything should be back to the way you found it by the end of your rental time. Please clean up as needed, remove/ discard all trash, make the bed, and return furniture and decor to its correct spot. A minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if deemed necessary. There are cleaning supplies available in the studio.

• Cake smashes must be completely cleaned up before the end of your rental time. A $25 fee will be charged if paper backdrop needs to be cut following a cake smash.

• We understand accidents happen, however each renter shall be held liable for damage, and shall be financially responsible for repairing or replacing damaged equipment immediately after such damage occurs. If equipment, furniture, or decor is damaged during your rental time, immediately notify LionStar Studios. If upon arriving for your rental, something is discovered to be damaged, notify LionStar Studios immediately.

• Pets/animals are not allowed into LionStar Studios under any circumstances. Service animals are allowed with 24 hour notice. If a renter/client brings a pet into the studio without permission, there will be a professional cleaning fee applied to remove pet dander/allergens.

• Glitter is not allowed in the studio. Confetti IS allowed in the studio IF and ONLY IF it is completely cleaned up at the end of your rental time. Please do not leave behind confetti, balloons, flower petals, etc. If any remnants are left behind, you are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $50. 

• If bedding gets dirty, please remove and replace with clean bedding found on the storage room shelves. If sheets are soiled from makeup, blood, wine, dirty feet, spray tans, etc., please notify LionStar Studios immediately.  Replacement fee may be charged if needed.

• Please keep voices and music at a respectful level as there are other businesses nearby.

• Please do not tape, hang, glue, or nail anything onto or into the walls or ceilings anywhere in the studio, otherwise you will be charged a damage fee for repair of that area. Adjustable clamps are available for your use.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime by canceling reservations and processing a full refund. 

• No smoke, smoke bombs, open flames, lit candles or incense is allowed in LionStar Studios. 

• Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed into the studio, and will be asked to leave immediately. 

• Walk-ins are not permitted. If you are interested in a tour of the studio prior to booking, please contact us.

• LionStar Studios is not responsible for circumstances out of our control. This includes issues due to weather, power outages, building failures, or other emergencies.

• Any dangerous, illegal, or pornographic activities are not allowed. We reserve the right to end your session immediately and contact authorities if required. No refund will be given for time that is unused. LionStar Studios assumes no responsibility for such acts. 

• You agree to assume full responsibility for your own actions and the actions of your guests, and for your own safety and the safety of your guests, in LionStar Studios. You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless LionStar Studios and its Members from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including attorney’s fees) for any suit, claims settlement, award, penalty, fine, defense or judgment because of loss or damage to any person, property or right. This indemnity shall apply whether or not the loss or damage is caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the joint or concurrent act or omission (whether negligent or otherwise) of you or your guests. In other words, LionStar Studios shall not be held responsible for any injury, liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses incurred when using the studio.
